charity shop finds

I was out food shopping and popped in to the local charity shops whilst passing and I am very glad I did, I found a beautiful, possibly hand made, set of porcelain measuring spoons for 50p, bargain, and a new blouse for £1.99, successful trip I think. You found any great second hand finds recently? xxo

  1. i SO like your second hand finds!!
some days back i came across a lovely jacket at the local charity shop. the fabric wasn't very nice but the shape of the jacket is so nice that i bought it to make a pattern out of it. going to take it apart and draw a pattern so i can make a similar one in a nicer fabric...i think it will be nice : )

    xxo

    1. that's a brilliant idea, I would love to learn to do that, I have a dress that would be perfect in all my favourite fabrics. Good look with your jacket making, I will keep a look out for a post about it xxo

  2. Wow, wonderful! Those measuring spoons look really unique and lovely. And that blouse is gorgeous of course:)

I, unfortunately, don't know any decent charity shops here, but I did find a nice book by Michael Chabon in the charity bin at my local stationary shop!
