the holly and the ivy

.
I made myself a beautiful and simple ivy wreath for our front door,
so much grows where we live, ivy, holly,  variegated holly, perfect for this time of year.
.
work keeps me busy but I have started to manage to get some of my time back for myself and my own making, been making corsages and brooches for christmas presents.
.
hope you are well?

  2. That's a stunning wreath! My favoured approach to decorating at christmas is pure natural beauty, holly and the ivy, fallen branches covered in lichen, pinecones and anything else I can pick up really! Beautiful!

  6. That is a lovely wreath Helen. I made some wreaths just now from the grape vines but as soon as I get to England in a couple days I'll give the ivy wreath a try. :) Kitty looks happy and healthy now.
